FAQ

Q: Why learn from Joe?

A: Five reasons:

1. He has developed, booked, managed and helped launch the stand-up careers of many of today’s top comedy stars.  Some have gone on to appear on Letterman and Leno, and write for “Seinfeld,” “Everybody Loves Raymond,” "Saturday Night Live," “Sex and the City,”“The Daily Show” and Conan O'Brien.

2. He’s an award winning comedy TV producer who understands the business of funny.

3. He has taught and motivated stand-ups and comedy writers for over two decades. Although he has had a lot of success as a TV producer, his greater talents are in analysis, coaching, and inspiring comedians to reach their full potential.

4. You learn from an industry insider who wants to share his first-hand knowledge, not from someone who’s made a career “teaching."

5. Most how-to books, workshops and DVD's try to give tips, tricks, and techniques to help you write.  Intentionally or not, they validate the belief that who you are is not enough.  That there's some other way you need to become, but Joe's here to tell you, it's that you, all your fears, feelings, hopes, fantasies, and sense of humor - you are enough.

oh, and one more...

6. Unlike other "teachers," Joe's motivation is not to sell his students a book, or DVD, or anything other than his time, expertise, passion, and experience.
