Level 2
Stand-Up Comedy Writing Class

You step into the light, take a swig of water, pick up the mic, then reduce a crowd of people to a mass of helpless laughter.

Most of my students say it’s the greatest high. Sure, the risks are great – silence, heckling, complete humiliation – but on a good night performing stand-up feels better than sex, and the laughs last longer too!

So where do you go from here?

Whether you “kill” or “die” depends on your written material. First, the laughs must be there on paper.

If you want to hone, edit, and write BETTER comedy material then you’ll want to enroll in Joe's NEW Level 2 - Stand-Up Comedy Writing Class. COMEDY FACT: Writing Extraordinary Comedy is About Rewriting Ordinary Comedy.

In order for you to be accepted into this class you must have taken Joe's Beginners Stand-Up Comedy Class. By doing this, everyone who signs up can be assured that the entire group is ready to hit the ground running to get the most out of this intensive six-week writing program.

  • The secrets of successful monologue joke writing.
